5-Day Technical Support Service
-The “5-Day Technical Support Service” is designed to assist new users and first-time users of the product to get started quickly and master basic operations.
This project mainly provides remote technical services within the standard technical scope to partners within 2–5 working days after goods receipt, until they fully master the basic operation of the corresponding products. Meanwhile, feedback and suggestions from partners will be collected during technical support to eliminate potential product quality risks.

| Service Methods | Non-on-site, non-home services such as telephone, email, and online meetings. |
| Non-exclusive Service | This service is non-exclusive. The same technician will serve multiple service objects, making it difficult to be on call at any time. |
| Service Hours | Working days: 9:00–11:30, 13:30–17:00. Messages left outside working hours will be replied to on the next working day. |
| Queuing Situation | Queuing is unavoidable for technical consultations, but issues will generally be resolved within 2 hours. |
| Post-expiry Service | If specific technical support is still required after the service period, you may first check the company’s official website for technical materials, or send an email to support@allxianfei.com. |
| Service Add-on Purchase | If you wish to obtain other value-added services or exclusive VIP services, you may contact the Technical Manager to obtain accurate information. After purchasing the add-on service, you will receive the agreed exclusive services. |
