  • 退货条件

我们接受签收后30天内的退货,要求商品未经使用、保留原始包装和标签,且可再次销售。

  • 退货流程

请发送邮件至 [我们的售后邮箱] 申请退货授权(RMA),未经同意寄回的包裹可能无法处理。

在通过电子邮件提交照片和视频后,我们将需要 7 至 15 个工作日来评估需要退款的产品。在此期间,我们可能会与您联系以解答进一步的问题并获取照片。您有责任回答所有问题并提交所询问的照片。

  • 损坏/瑕疵商品

如商品损坏或有瑕疵,请在签收后7天内联系我们,我们将安排换货或退款(含退货运费)。

  • 运费

如果非保修商品是依据有效的退货指南(全新、未使用、原厂密封包装)退回的,ALLXF 支付的原始运费(如果使用了免运费服务)将从总金额中扣除。如果客户支付了指定的运费,这些运费将不予退款。

  • 售后维修/服务

对于任何出现故障、损坏或与保修相关问题有关的物品,请联系我们的客服寻求帮助,也可以向我们的售后邮箱发送邮件,邮箱地址:support@allxianfei.com我们将尽一切可能在这件事上为您提供协助。


  • Return Conditions

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging with tags attached, and in resalable condition.

  • Return Process

Contact us at [我们的售后邮箱] to request a return authorization (RMA). Do not ship returns without approval.

After submitting the photos and video by email,we will take 7-15 business days to evaluate the product needed to be refunded, we may contact with you for further questions and photos, it is your responsibility to answer all the questions and submit the inquired photos.

  • Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund (including return shipping costs).

  • Shipping Fee

If the non-warranty goods are returned in accordance with the valid return guidelines (in brand new condition, unused, and in original factory-sealed packaging), the original shipping fee paid by ALLXF (if the free shipping service was used) will be deducted from the total amount. If the customer has paid the specified shipping fee, this fee will not be refunded.
