This Shipping Policy explains how AllXF handles order processing, shipment, delivery, and customs-related responsibilities for online and quotation-based orders.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation, product availability review, and any required compatibility or shipping verification. Some UAV payloads, configured systems, or bulk orders may require additional confirmation before shipment.
Shipping Coverage
AllXF supports international shipping to many destinations. Available shipping methods may vary by product type, package size, destination, carrier restrictions, and customs requirements.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when available or confirmed by quotation for project orders. Shipping charges may change if the destination, order configuration, package weight, or carrier requirement changes before dispatch.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are provided for reference only. Actual delivery time can be affected by carrier capacity, customs inspection, import documentation, public holidays, weather, remote-area delivery, and other events outside AllXF’s direct control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and destination-country taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Customers should confirm local import rules before ordering.
Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, company name if applicable, and recipient information. AllXF is not responsible for delays or costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier and export processing stage.
Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Shipments
If a package arrives visibly damaged, take photos of the package and product before disposal and contact us promptly. For missing or delayed shipments, AllXF may request carrier investigation before replacement or refund decisions are made.
Restricted Products and Destinations
Some products, batteries, radio components, or high-value systems may be subject to carrier, customs, or regional restrictions. If a shipment cannot be completed under available carrier rules, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
