Recently, HRJS, a technology company focusing on high-end leading unmanned equipment with extremely stringent technical requirements for its products, needed to integrate a gimbal camera into its in-house survey vehicle for ground inspection and security patrol missions. Delivery Testing: Checking the Spec Sheet, Item by Item
HRJS’s product portfolio covers unmanned equipment, security patrol robots, and other applications. Because its survey vehicle has particularly demanding requirements for an onboard gimbal camera, the customer asked to verify the Z-2Mini against the product spec sheet after receiving it. ALLXF’s delivery team proactively offered to assist. From 4K resolution and image clarity, thermal detection range, and night vision performance to stabilization accuracy and multi-object detection and tracking responsiveness, the two sides tested the core specifications one by one. The measured results not only met the spec sheet but in some cases exceeded the published figures.
Installation Issue: Remote Support Resolved in Minutes
After the Z-2Mini dual-sensor micro gimbal camera was mounted on the survey vehicle, noticeable high-frequency vibration appeared while the vehicle was moving. HRJS reported the issue to ALLXF, and Xianfei immediately assigned technical staff to step in. The technician connected remotely to the system and adjusted the Z-2Mini’s gain parameters online. The whole process took just six minutes. The root cause was that the Z-2Mini’s default gain parameters did not match the vehicle’s operating conditions. After remote adjustment, calibration, and matching, the image immediately returned to a stable state.
To confirm the result, after resolving the customer’s issue, the technical team asked the customer to provide a first-person-view video. In the footage provided by HRJS, the Z-2Mini’s output remained smooth and stable as the survey vehicle moved forward; vibration from the vehicle was almost imperceptible.

The full workflow—from selection and delivery to parameter testing, installation integration, and remote commissioning—was proven end to end. It also provided reliable support for the all-weather inspection capability of HRJS’s survey vehicle.
